My well established client based in Telford are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.
Duties include:-
* Despatch of all products, working with hauliers / drivers to ensure booking of transport, ticket allocation and efficient loading of products
* Answering all business calls into the office and directing to the correct person or dealing with query
* Supporting customers in the delivery of orders
* Logging of all quotations and sales orders
* Build and maintain quotation log and report on weekly quote figures
* Input of orders to produce confirmation of orders when system allows
* Inputting of deliveries onto Roadrunner and Pallet Force systems
* Manage despatch operations after 2.30 PM and cover for despatch all day when needed
* Greeting visitors
* Updating, maintaining and creating all customer information on CRM system
* Support the sales function as and when required providing holiday cover
* Ensuring a high level of customer service
Key Skills :-
* Essential you have worked within Sales Administration previously
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels.
* Good Customer service skills
* Able to work as part of a team
Working hours - 8.00am – 4.30pm (Half an hour for lunch)
20 days per year you will be required to cover for the despatch function to cover holiday working 6.00am – 2.30pm
