We are pleased to represent a client based on the outskirts of Middlesbrough who have a full time vacancy for a Sales Administrator on a permanent contract.
Working within a small team you will process incoming orders from customers, update customers on product availability and dispatch information. Key duties will include:
* Receiving orders via email and phone
* Entering product codes and order details
* Monitoring stock levels and updating customers on product availability
* Processing dispatch paperwork
* Updating customer tracking information
The successful candidate will have previous administration and data entry experience. Attention to detail is key for this role and you must be able to work to a high degree of accuracy and self-check your work. You will be a confident communicator, able to liaise with customers over the phone and via email.
This is a full-time permanent role working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
