Roofing Supervisor - Social Housing
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced Roofing Supervisor on behalf of one of our Social Housing clients to join their team in Liverpool, overseeing roofing projects within the social housing sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a team and ensure the highest standards of roofing work across residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the delivery of roofing repairs and maintenance services in social housing properties
Oversee a team of roofing operatives, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards
Liaise with clients, tenants, and contractors to ensure smooth delivery of roofing repairs
Monitor performance and address any issues with service delivery
Manage budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring cost-effective solutions for repairs and maintenance
What We're Looking For:
Experience in roofing, ideally with a background in social housing
Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing roofing repair projects
Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements in roofing and construction
Excellent communication and organisational skills
