Job Description

Our client are currently recruiting for Contracts manager to join their growing team. The role of the Contracts Manager - Commercial Cladding Systems will involve: * Contracts Manager position dealing with a high quality range of commercial cladding systems * Managing all aspects of the contracts from the tender stage all the way through to the completion * Monitoring all site activity; organising all site workers, collating risk assessments and carrying out health and safety checks * Liaising with clients and providing reports for the project * Attending pre-contract meetings and progress meetings with clients * Procuring required materials to ensure project is completed smoothly * Overseeing project designs and making amendments where required * Maintaining good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation * Electronically documenting all contract-related correspondence, identifying and recording progress and problems * Managing projects that range in value between £500k to £3m The ideal applicant will be a Contracts Manager - Felt Roofing Systems industry with: * Must have a Contracts Manager experience within the commercial cladding markets sector with a working knowledge of rainscreen systems * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal * Sound knowledge of current building and fire regulations * IT literate (Microsoft Office) * Full UK driving license * Confident and articulate * Ability to plan and organise deliverables Industry Sector: Contracts Manager, Commercial Cladding, Cladding Systems, Cladding, Rainscreen Cladding, Rainscreen Systems
