Job Advert: Roofer/Multitrade - London Borough of Islington We are looking for an experienced Roofer/Multitrade (PO1) to join our team, carrying out day-to-day roofing works across the London Borough of Islington. This role requires a skilled professional with experience in roof repairs, maintenance, and multi-trade work. A valid driving license is essential, as a van will be provided. Job Details: 📍 Location: 33-37 Brewery Road, London, N7 9QH 📅 Contract Duration: 10th February 2025 - 5th May 2025 💰 Pay Rate: £29.62 per hour (umbrella) 🚐 Van Provided - Must be able to drive ⏰ Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (40 hours per week) Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Carry out roofing repairs, maintenance, and installations on various properties ✔️ Conduct multi-trade work as required to support the maintenance team ✔️ Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations ✔️ Work efficiently to meet project deadlines ✔️ Maintain excellent customer service when working in occupied properties Requirements: 🔹 Proven experience as a Roofer/Multitrade 🔹 Strong knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and techniques 🔹 Ability to work independently and as part of a team 🔹 Full UK driving license (essential) 🔹 Must be available to start on 10th February 2025 📌 Application Deadline: Only candidates with relevant experience will be contacted and shortlisted. 📩 To Apply: Send your CV to .
