Location: Vistry New Build Housing, OX17
Start Date: 25th March 2025
Duration: 2 Weeks
Pay Rate: Based on experience
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Roller Operator to join our team at Vistry New Build Housing for an exciting project. If you're experienced in operating rollers and meet the necessary certification requirements, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Operate roller equipment safely and efficiently to compact soil, gravel, asphalt, and other materials.
Perform pre-operation checks to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
Monitor and adjust equipment settings to achieve desired compaction levels.
Ensure the highest safety standards are maintained on site.
Perform post-operation maintenance and cleaning of the roller.
Communicate with team members to ensure efficient workflow on site.
Requirements:
Certifications: A full driving licence, certified plant cards, and an in-date Drugs & Alcohol chain of custody test within the last 12 months.
Proven experience operating rollers in a construction or similar environment.
Strong knowledge of safety protocols and equipment maintenance.
Ability to work well in a team and follow site-specific guidelines.
