Job Advertisement: Roaming Site Supervisor – Industrial Cladding & Roofing
Location: Nationwide, Mainly sites based in NW England.
Salary: Up to £45,000 per year (DOE)
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Roaming Site Supervisor specialising in industrial cladding and roofing projects, including Kalzip, standing seam, and rainscreen cladding systems. This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects within a 1-hour radius of Bradford.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, site teams, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
* Ensure quality control and manage inspections throughout the project lifecycle.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any issues.
Requirements:
* Essential:
* Gold CSCS card.
* SSSTS qualification.
* Proven experience in industrial cladding and roofing projects.
* Desirable:
* Black CSCS card.
* SMSTS certification.
* IPAF qualification.
* Strong knowledge of Kalzip, standing seam, and rainscreen cladding systems.
* Full driving licence and willingness to travel within the designated area.
