As a Roadside Technician / Roadside Mechanic / Vehicle Technician/ Mobile Technician/ Mobile Mechanic, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing vehicle issues. Your primary responsibilities will include providing emergency roadside assistance, diagnosing mechanical problems, and performing minor repairs on-site. Key Responsibilities of Roadside Technician / Roadside Mechanic / Vehicle Technician/ Mobile Technician/ Mobile Mechanic : Respond promptly to service calls from customers needing roadside assistance Diagnose vehicle issues and provide effective solutions Perform minor repairs, including battery replacements, tire changes, and lockout services Ensure customer safety and satisfaction at all times Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour when interacting with customers Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques Qualifications and experience for Roadside Technician / Roadside Mechanic / Vehicle Technician: A current Category B driving licence is necessary NVQ Level 2 or similar type of accreditation in light vehicle maintenance Demonstrate empathy and a desire to always achieve the correct outcome.
