Job Description
Actaris Site Services require a Resident Liaison Officer for a site in Gloucester this can be a temp, contract or permanent position.
The works are internal and external works. (EWI)
Candidates will be required to-
Liase with tenants regarding planned works and potential appointments with tenants.
Advise on progression of works and timelines of completion.
Build customer confidence.
Book appointments with tenants.
Be the link between tenant/Site/project manager
This role is starting asap.
