Job Description
Gleeson Recruitment are supporting a business in the Burton on Trent area that are looking for a Risk & Controls Analyst. You'll be at the forefront of identifying, assessing, and managing risks while ensuring compliance with internal and external controls. Your expertise will help safeguard operations and support our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of risk management frameworks
Conduct risk assessments and control reviews to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective risk controls
Prepare reports on risk trends and present findings to senior leadership
Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practicesIdeal candidate:
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to think critically and make well-informed decisions
Experience in risk management or internal controls (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits:
Salary between £29,000 - £37,000
Hybrid Working (1/2 days a week in the office)
Up to 20% bonus
