Job Description

Rigging Supervisors (Day & Night Shifts Available - 6 Week Contract) We are currently seeking experienced Rigging Supervisors for both day and night shifts. You will be responsible for supervising the rigging and lifting operations involved in the fitting and welding of new large pipe spools, as well as the repair of old spools. This role includes overseeing rigging teams to ensure all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards. Who This Job Would Suit: This position is ideal for experienced Rigging Supervisors with NVQ Level 3/4 in Supervision (or equivalent), CCNSG and SSSTS certification. Candidates should have a background in supervising rigging operations, specifically within large-scale industrial projects. ECITB Supervisor Training will be provided if not already completed. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise rigging and lifting operations for the fitting and welding of new large pipe spools and the repair of old spools. * Oversee a team of riggers, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. * Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring work is completed on time and within specification. Salary: * Competitive salary with a gross weekly rate of £2,548 * Day shift: £25.38 per hour / £34.73 (Overtime 1) / £44.08 per hour (Overtime 2). * Night shift: £31.58 per hour / £34.73 (Overtime 1) / £44.08 per hour (Overtime 2). * Site bonus: £2.37 per hour. * Digs allowance of £355.67 per week (Travelling workers) Contract Details: * Duration: 6-week contract. * Shifts: 10/12-hour shifts available. 6 days a week * Day & Night shifts available.
