Job Description
RF Design Engineer
Location: Drybrook
Salary: £50,000 to £65,000
An opportunity has opened for a RF Design Engineer to join an Electronics manufacturing company based in Drybrook. The ideal candidate will have a background in RF design ideally around Microwave frequencies and have excellent RF testing experience using spectrum analysers, oscilloscopes etc.
What they’re looking for:
* Experience working as a RF or Microwave Design Engineer
* Strong experience in Altium or Microwave Office
* Excellent RF testing experience
* Experience using spectrum analysers, oscilloscopes, multi-meters
* Experience of Microwave frequencies (up to 20GHz)
RF Design Engineer Responsibilities:
* Designing and developing RF products
* Schematic capture, component creation and simulation
* Using Altium and/or Microwave Office for designs
* Additionally designing amplifiers, filters and switches
* Testing RF products using microwave test equipment
