Job Description

Revit Technician / Revit Coordinator £35,000 to £40,000 + Car/Allowance & + Benefits Birmingham We are working with an established Building Services consultancy to find them a Revit Technician / Revit Coordinator to join their team in the Midlands to be based from their Birmingham office. This is a client with a dynamic building services team, and you will be working alongside people who revel in the opportunity to work on challenging, high profile projects. It will be a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of challenging projects in a variety of sectors from aviation, government, datacentre, and life sciences amongst others. Initially you will be in the office a bit more for the first couple of weeks to get up to speed with the projects, systems and team and then the role will move into hybrid working with only 1 day per week required in the office. Ideally you will have experience of the following: • Coordination of MEP Building Services within a Revit role • Have excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, REVIT & Navisworks • Preparation of multi-disciplinary drawing packages • Detailed design drawings, detailed sketch drawings, schematics and fully coordinated drawings • Able to attend external meetings with other design team members and contractors to discuss models and clash management They are a business who like to promote internally so there will be plenty of opportunities for long-term career development and progression.
