Are you an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator looking for your next challenge? Our client, a specialist MEP Contractor, is seeking a skilled professional to join their dynamic team at their office near Coggeshall in Essex.

The Role
As a Revit MEP Coordinator, you will play a key role in the design and coordination of MEP services for offsite manufacturing, ensuring seamless project delivery from concept to installation. You will work closely with design, BIM, and project teams to develop high-quality, clash-free MEP models.
Key Responsibilities
- Producing detailed Revit MEP models for offsite fabrication
- Coordinating mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) services within a BIM environment
- Collaborating with design teams, engineers, and project managers to optimise layouts and resolve clashes
- Supporting DFMA processes to enhance efficiency and buildability
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator in a contractor or consultancy setting
- Strong knowledge of Revit MEP and Navisworks for clash detection
- Understanding of DFMA and offsite manufacturing principles (preferred)
- Ability to work within a BIM Level 2 environment
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
