Contract - Revit MEP Coordinator
Up to £40 p/hr outside IR35
Leeds + Hybrid working
6-12+ month contract
We are working with an established & growing Building Services Consultancy as they look to bring on board a BIM / MEP Revit Coordinator.
The role will be a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of challenging M&E projects from stage 2-6 across multiple sectors from commercial, education, leisure, healthcare, retail, residential and industrial.
Based from their Leeds office the role will offer hybrid working and with immediate starts available they will look to offer up to £40ph outside of IR35 for the work.
The initial contract will be for 6-12 months but is likely to be long-term with the pipeline of projects they have coming into the business.
Ideally you will have experience of the following:
• Coordination of MEP Building Services similar sectors
• Have excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, REVIT & Navisworks
• Preparation of multi-disciplinary drawing packages
• Detailed design drawings, detailed sketch drawings, schematics and fully coordinated drawings
• Able to attend external meetings with other design team members and contractors to discuss models and clash management
