Are you a motivated leader with a passion for customer service? We're looking for a Retail Supervisor to join our team and help drive success in a brand-new store opening!
What You'll Do as a Retail Supervisor
Lead and support the team to deliver outstanding customer service
Assist with stock management, merchandising, and store operations
Help recruit and train new team members
Handle transactions, refunds, and customer inquiries with confidence
Motivate and train team members to achieve targets
Coordinate online orders and deliveries
What We're Looking For:
Previous Retail Supervisor experience or leadership experience in retail
Strong leadership and communication skills
A proactive and positive attitude
Passion for visual merchandising and brand standards
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
