Retail Security Officer | Manchester | Fashion | Up to £27,000
Are you a motivated individual looking to progress your retail security career with a growing brand? Zachary Daniels has partnered exclusively with a leading high street retailer to find a Retail Security Officer to join their team in Manchester City Centre.
This is a full-time position (37.5 hours a week) across 5 days from 10 am - 7 pm. We are looking for someone who enjoys being active and is passionate about the brand and its products.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and patrol store premises to ensure safety and security
Act as a visible deterrent to prevent theft and anti-social behaviour
Report observations, incidents, and security concerns to the Store Manager
Address loss prevention issues and implement security measures
Work alongside the team to ensure stock security
Deliver excellent customer service and engage with customers as needed
Handle any challenging situations in a calm and professional manner
Our Ideal Candidate:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional, with strong attention to detail
Smartly presented (uniform provided)
Reliable and punctual
SIA Licence (preferred, but not essential)
