The role

* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Stay up to date with the product range, features, and benefits to assist customers effectively.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling related products.
* Collaborate with the external sales team and other departments to meet customer needs.
Requirements
