Job Summary
Frox of Falkirk is a well established destination wedding boutique specialising in Mother of the Bride/Groom outfits. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming shopping environment, assisting customers with their needs, and driving sales through effective selling techniques. We are looking for someone to work part time (with the potential for full time) and weekend work is essential.
Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding their perfect outfit.
* Maintain an organised and visually appealing store layout.
* Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale system.
* Assist with stock replenishment as required.
Requirements
* MUST be able to work every weekend
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not essential.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to sales techniques and product knowledge.
