A well-established retail and coffee shop business in Norfolk is seeking a Retail Manager to oversee daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a dedicated team and deliver an outstanding shopping and dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the retail store and coffee shop.
Lead, train, and motivate a team to provide exceptional customer service.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Curate and maintain engaging merchandise displays.
Manage inventory levels and liaise with suppliers.
Plan and execute marketing initiatives and promotional events.
Oversee social media accounts, creating engaging content to drive interest.
Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
