Client Accounting Lead – Restaurants
Are you a qualified accountant with a passion for restaurants? We are seeking a Client Accounting Lead to act as the key link between restaurant clients and our client’s outsourced accounting team in India.
Our client is a leading accountancy firm specialising in outsourced financial services for the restaurant and hospitality sector. This role is perfect for someone who understands the financial needs of restaurants and enjoys building strong client relationships while ensuring seamless accounting operations.
What You’ll Do:
* Be the go-to financial expert for restaurant clients, managing relationships and ensuring smooth financial operations.
* Oversee the delivery of outsourced accounting services, acting as the bridge between clients and the back-office team in India.
* Support the CEO in staff performance, management, and communication.
* Improve operational procedures to ensure financial strategies align with restaurant business goals.
What We’re Looking For:
* A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) or qualified through experience in the hospitality sector.
* A genuine passion for restaurants and an understanding of how finance drives success in the industry.
* A strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between clients and outsourced accounting teams.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
What’s on Offer:
* Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
* Career progression to Director
* Hybrid working – Monday to Wednesday in the office (East Croydon), Thursday & Friday remote
* International exposure and excellent training
