Job Description

Work as a Children’s Responsible Individual for a small provider specialising in  EBD and CE. Flexible working hours and a great package await for a Children’s Resposible Individual with experience in this field including additional leave, health care and bonuses.   Benefits Package: 28 days holiday + bank holidays £55,000 - £60,000 Salary Flexible working Additional training programmes paid for Competitive pension scheme  Children’s Regional Manager Requirements: Children’s Residential experience NVQ L5 Experience supervising a team of RM’s Staff Leadership and management as well as commercials / operations awareness    As Children’s Responsible Indivual, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a small portfolio of homes within a family run company.
