At Least 6 Months of Paid Experience: You'll need recent experience working with children in a UK residential care setting as a support worker.

Ability to Work with Complex Needs: Experience supporting children with autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs is essential.
Teamwork Skills: You'll be working closely with a dedicated team of support professionals.
DBS Check: You will need a current adult and children Enhanced DBS check (on the update service).
