Residential Property Case Handler / Fee Earner | Bury | Full Time |£30,000 - £35,000 per annum Our client is a team of approachable, straightforward legal experts from a dynamic, innovative, and progressive multidisciplinary law firm, offering modern, dependable legal services that are both efficient and effective. Are you the right person for the job? Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing your own caseload Recent practical experience working in the legal profession Be organised and process driven Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact to the practice Recent experience of handling client enquiries both face to face and by telephone Be IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Outlook) Have a commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care What will your role look like? Managing a mixed caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion, including sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity and right to buy To process cases in a timely and cost-effective manner Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work What can you expect in return?
