Job Description
Job Title: Residential Support Worker - Children & Young People
Location: Leeds
Salary: Basic Pay £26,421 (Average earnings £32,482 including Secure Allowance)
Hours: Average 37 hours per week, including early and late shifts and sleep-ins
Experience: Minimum 2 years working with young people
Qualification: Level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent (desirable)
About the Role

The service provides full residential care, education, and healthcare to meet the individual needs of each young person.

Build positive, trusting relationships and understand the needs and interests of each child.
Provide responsive care tailored to individual needs.
Manage behaviour and develop strategies for long-term improvement.
Plan and organise engaging activities that enhance daily life and special occasions.
