📍 Location: Radcliffe
💰 Salary: £60,000
⏳ Hours: 40 hours per week
Are you an experienced leader in residential care, passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We are looking for a Registered Manager to oversee the operations of a residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and manage a residential home in line with regulations, policies, and the home’s Statement of Purpose.
✅ Develop and implement high-quality, clinically informed care practices.
✅ Support and supervise staff to provide outstanding care and achieve professional growth.
✅ Oversee casework, administrative functions, and service development.
✅ Ensure the needs of young people are met through ongoing assessments and individual care plans.
✅ Lead recruitment, training, and development of a skilled and motivated staff team.
✅ Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies.
✅ Ensure safeguarding, compliance, and high ethical standards are maintained at all times.
✅ Manage budgets, resources, and ensure the home’s environment is safe and well-maintained.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong leadership and management experience within a children’s residential care setting.
✔ In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, safeguarding practices, and regulatory requirements.
✔ Ability to develop and inspire a dedicated care team.
