* Salary: £23,900 per annum
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends
* Location: Tidworth with occasional work in Bulford

Your Role:
* To provide a high quality and efficient Reprographics service at TidNBul, and meet the high-quality standards and timelines stipulated in the contract.
* Carrying out the following finishing tasks by hand or machine: Booklets, folding, comb binding, drilling, guillotining, padding, laminating and any other tasks as required.
* Full working knowledge of all reprographics machinery on site. Ability to use the network facility, online setting of machines for jobs provided in electronic format.
* Ensure all data is recorded accurately, along with communicating consumables and stock requirements to the supervisor to assist in maintaining stock levels of paper and consumables as directed by the FM.
* Activating service callouts by contacting Canon or Exela immediately to ensure minimum disruption to the service level. Communicate immediately any functions or equipment that is offline to the FM.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualifications: English language GCSE or equivalent. Recognised qualification for reprographics or at least 2 years’ experience working in an environment with a high volume repro output would be advantageous.
* Experience: Previous experience of working within a customer facing operation. Experience of working within a reprographic environment would be beneficial.
Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) with a pro-active, organised, meticulous and logical way of thinking. The ability to work as part of a team with willingness to support other areas of the department as required, and also to act in a professional manner and with absolute discretion when necessary.
* Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
