About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Reporting Manager with a strong infrastructure background. This role combines technical expertise with client-facing responsibilities, focusing on delivering actionable insights through Power BI, DAX, and Primavera.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage Power BI dashboards and reports focused on infrastructure operations, KPIs, and project data from Primavera.
Interface directly with clients to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored data solutions.
Use DAX to build complex calculations and optimize report performance.
Integrate data from Primavera and other sources to ensure accurate and comprehensive reporting.
Provide analysis, identify trends, and offer recommendations for infrastructure improvements and project performance.
Write clear documentation and user guides for reports.
Mentor junior staff and ensure adherence to best practices.
Requirements:
5+ years of reporting/analytics experience with a focus on infrastructure data.
Expertise in Power BI, DAX, and data visualization best practices.
Experience with Primavera P6 or other project management software.
Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to understand and address business requirements.
Solid experience in data modeling and working with large datasets.
