Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Repairs Surveyor to join an organisation to be responsible for the day-to-day running of works on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities of the Repairs Surveyor:
Carry out inspections
Manage the budget, value and certify works
Survey buildings and structures
Report on housing defects
Support the achievement of key performance targets in the region
Ensure contracts are delivered in line with current health and safety legislation
Monitor progress on defect and hazard rectification worksEssential Experience of the Repairs Surveyor:
Previous experience relevant to the post
