About the Role
We are looking for friendly, tech-savvy individuals with strong communication skills to join our client’s customer support team as Live Chat Agents. In this fully remote role, you will assist customers via online chat, answer queries, resolve issues, and provide a positive and helpful customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via live chat
• Assist with product or service questions, billing enquiries, and account issues
• Guide customers through troubleshooting or order processes
• Record interactions and escalate complex cases to relevant departments
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and solution-focused attitude
• Meet response time, quality, and satisfaction targets
Requirements
• Previous customer service experience (live chat experience preferred but not essential)
• Strong written English and typing speed
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats at once
• Comfortable using CRM/chat systems and learning new tools
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
• Access to a quiet workspace, computer/laptop, and stable internet connection
