Role Overview
Maintaining a safe and secure environment & ensure safe access to buildings at all times
Carrying out patrols/hazard reporting etc as requested
Ensuring all Health & Safety policies are adhered to
Completing all necessary reports in line with company documentation
Access / Egress control
Monitoring of alarms & CCTV system
Key Holding responsibilities
Controlling and monitoring access to the carparks
Adhering to policies and procedures at all times
General refuse management & ensuring overall tidiness on site
Provide a high standard of customer service
Be polite, helpful, and diligent, with a ‘can do’ ethos
Have a calm personality capable of controlling difficult situations.

Essential Skills
Valid SIA Licences (must have DS & preferably CCTV Licence)
Security experience within a Warehouse setting is preferable
Must be able to drive (must have own transport due to location of site)
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Be punctual and reliable
High levels of written and verbal communication skills
Fully comprehensive 5-year work/unemployment/education history screenable to BS7858
Be comfortable patrolling long distances and be on your feet for extended periods of time
