Salary: GBP39,000 Basic + GBP4,200 Car allowance + Qtly Bonus.
Full time 37.5 hours per week - Part time hours also available

Our client, one of the UKs leading independent providers of rehabilitation case management services, is looking for experienced clinicians to join their exceptional team. If you have expertise in Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Amputation, Complex Orthopaedic Injuries, or Burn Injuries, we want to hear from you!

Youll play a vital part in supporting individuals who have suffered life-changing injuries, helping them regain their independence and return to function following workplace or accident-related injuries.
What Youll Do:
· Conduct immediate needs assessments for clients
· Proactively manage cases and support individuals with life-altering injuries
· Use your excellent communication skills to help clients set and achieve rehabilitation goals
· Focus on delivering goal-driven, client-centred care
Who Were Looking For:
· HCPC, NMC, or equivalent professional registration
· At least 2 years of post-registration clinical experience
