£60,000 per annum
The Regional Manager package includes:

- A commercial mind in running the home that meets business objectives including control of budgets and economic viability.
- Embracing new business from enquiring residents and building relationships with your local community.
- Ensuring the home complies with all relevant legislation and registration requirements.
- Establishing, maintaining and monitoring procedures
- Delivering the highest quality of personalised care to our residents in line with their individual care plans
