Job Description

Work as a Regional Manager for an Elderly Provider Managing Care Homes in the North East and Yorkshire area. Along with a salary of up to £60,000 and a KPI bonus you will also get to work with a hands on company who are looking to expand and grow over the next few years. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career and bring support to care homes in the North East and Yorkshire area. This provider is eager to speak to experienced nurse qualified Home or Regionals Managers with a good background on CQC to hit the ground running to manage the day to day running of the services and support the Managers.   Benefits: Up to £60,000 25 days holiday + bank holidays Mileage Supportive Senior Leadership Team Laptop / phone provided Full Staffed and Stable Homes  Regional Manager Requirements: Elderly Dementia experience Nurse Qualification Essential CQC experience Operations Experience Essential (in Care Homes)  As a Regional Manager, you’ll be responsible for the operations of the Homes to ensure the safeguarding, manage disciplinaries and have general oversight for all things KPI related in the Care Homes.
