In this role you will be one of the brands first employees and will be a part of all the new store openings, hiring and training staff and work closely with the head office team.
In this role you will:
Act as a role model for the brands culture and values
Optimise sales and implement best practice in your stores and the region
Support and coach your stores, focusing on sales and customer experience
