Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Regional Coordinator to join our regional team out of our office in Willenhall, West Midlands. As a Regional Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various regional activities across our projects, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between different departments and stakeholders. Coordinate and manage regional projects, ensuring timely completion and compliance with company requirements Facilitate communication between regional offices, headquarters, and external partners in particular for training, new starters, equipment and processes Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to streamline projects data collection, reporting and admin duties Support the organisation of and participate in regional meetings, conferences, and events Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required for senior management Provide a seamless coordination role to ensure all projects and regional staff have the required support to deliver compliance Identify and resolve regional coordination issues, escalating complex problems when necessary and proposing solutions Maintain accurate records and databases related to regional activities Support the development and implementation of regional strategies and initiatives incl new systems, methods and processes This is a regional role and therefore requires travel and a necessity to work on own initiative, be able to manage time and work effectively with regional teams Qualifications A related degree or similar in Business Administration, Project Management or related field (Desirable) Min 5 years of experience in a similar coordination or office management role, preferably in regional operations management Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Exceptional time management and organizational skills Understanding of regional business operations in a construction business and familiarity with local regulations and business practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel within the region as required Additional Information How to Apply: If you are ready to be part of our expanding team and contribute to our success, apply today for immediate consideration.
