Are you an experienced Regional Contract Manager looking for your next career move? Lead the regional reporting process, working closely with SPC Managers and other departments. Provide line management for SPC Management Teams while maintaining client relationships. Monitor quality and compliance through tools like the PIMs database, ensuring actions are completed and reported effectively. Review project board papers and support pre-board meeting preparations. To excel in this role, you’ll bring: A proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Substantial PFI experience with a deep understanding of legal and contract issues. Expertise in Health and Safety Regulations and managing PFI healthcare projects in the operational phase. The ability to thrive in challenging environments and maintain high performance. A successful DBS check.
