SUMMARY:
The Vital Human Resources business is driving innovation across the recruitment sector. Working with the team provides a unique and market leading solution to solve our client's talent issues. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to build a team.
As a Recruitment Manager, you will be expected to become an expert in Ireland talent trends and employment markets, taking this knowledge to bring new business to the cross-border team across a range of new and existing clients. The role is to develop relationships with new clients; win and deliver new business across staffing sectors, and to promote our solutions to the wider marketplace.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work with management and the wider team to develop the sales strategy and grow our GP value across new clients
* Build a sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities and generate leads through to client conversion
* Work with the team to develop bespoke client specific solutions to create a differentiated value proposition
* Lead and manage recruitment processes, aligning them with business objectives while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
* Implement strategic recruitment action plans, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to refine and enhance resourcing decisions.
* Lead and develop a team of recruiters, providing coaching, workload allocation, and performance management to achieve business goals.

* Pro-actively identifies new opportunities and approaches to attract and win new clients
* Networking and sales 'opener'. Builds wide and effective networks of contacts inside and outside the organisation
* Sold innovative solutions to new clients
* Puts the client first - demonstrates a commitment to meeting client's requirements and expectations
* Experience of using data and trend analysis to inform future sales strategies
* Articulate communicator, developed negotiation and persuasion skills
* Works in a systematic, structured way, plans and manages own time effectively
* Strong track record in driving profitable sales in the marketplace
* Upholds the group values and behaves with integrity towards clients and prospects
* Makes rational commercially sound business judgements from available information
* Produces innovative new ideas/approaches/ insights
The ideal candidate is a proven leader with experience managing recruitment teams and driving change initiatives. They possess deep expertise in end-to-end recruitment, including both contingent and permanent hiring, and with strong analytical skills, they can interpret recruitment data to inform strategic decisions. Exceptional leadership and people management abilities are essential.
