Read on… JOB TITLE: Recruitment Consultant LOCATION: Corby SALARY: £25,000 £27,000 (uncapped commission - OTE £40K+) PACKAGE: * Excellent commission structure * Hybrid working * Reduced hours in school holiday Due to expansion, our client is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to look after and grow an existing area of education business. The ROLE The successful Recruitment Consultant will be required to: * Develop, run and grow an existing, and very well developed, education business in a defined area. * Maintaining the school and teacher relationship within this area. * Proactively call new schools to generate new business. * Build long lasting partnerships with schools and organisations. * Recruit and interview teachers and develop relationships. * Complete and maintain day-to-day bookings. * Canvas and place long term and permanent vacancies. * Negotiate on fees. * Undertake effective client visits. * Work from home two days a week. The CANDIDATE We are looking for an Education Recruitment Consultant with the following qualities and experience: * You will either have proven recruitment experience or sales experience (telesales or field sales, business to business or business to consumer) * A superb relationship builder as well as a business developer. * Strong success of achieving targets. * Hands on approach and a forward thinker. * Used to high call volumes. * Ability to multitask. * Professional, driven and determined. * Driving licence essential.
