Job Description

Recruitment Consultant *** Are you looking for an new Opportunity for 2025, look no further. Due to growth we are currently recruiting for a Logistics or Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our Northampton office which is based in Moutlon park. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of growing existing clients and will be responsible for managing key accounts within the industrial sector. Location: Moulton Park, Northampton Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (Depending on Experience) per annum plus bonuses Shifts: Monday - Friday 8am - 16.00pm or 8.30am - 16.30pm Responsibilities: * Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients * Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base * Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent * Screening and interviewing candidates for industrial roles * Providing a high level of customer service to clients and candidates Requirements: * Strong account management skills with a proven track record of growing existing clients * You will need to have experience in sales over the phone and in person * A driving license is desriable * Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Passion for delivering outstanding customer service In return, we offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience plus a fantastic commission structure. You will also have the opportunity to work in a great office environment with a supportive team and the freedom to grow an already hot desk and take ownership of your role.
