Recruitment Consultant
Salary DOE + generous bonus.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of clients and industries. This is a people-focused role requiring strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Role responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture.
Write and post job advertisements on various platforms and social media.
Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, referrals).
Guide candidates through the hiring process including interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations.
Maintain and update candidate and client records in the recruitment database.
Meet individual and team KPIs related to placements, interviews, and business development.
Stay up to date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market insights.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Recruiter, or similar role (agency or in-house).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
A positive attitude and a drive to achieve targets.
