Job Description
People and Culture / Recruitment Assistant - 6 month FTC - Chichester
Are you fluent in English and Russian with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset? We're looking for a People and Culture / Recruitment Assistant to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
- Support seasonal recruitment, conduct interviews, and carry out inductions
- Be the first point of contact for seasonal labour, visitors, and deliveries
- Ensure accurate Right-To-Work checks and system updates
- Assist seasonal colleagues with banking, medical visits, and welfare support
- Organise PPE, refreshments, and worker engagement activities
- Handle general office administration and support recruitment campaigns
You:
- Fluent in English and Russian (written & spoken)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to prioritise workload and maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word)
