We are seeking a Receptionist & Office Administrator to support the Business Support team within the, based in Burton-On-Trent. The successful candidate will be integral to the smooth running of the office, providing key administrative support and ensuring a welcoming environment. Client Details This company is a well-established and reputable organisation in it's industry. Receptionist & Office Administrator Permanent £24,000 On-site in Burton-on-Trent 25 days holiday + bank holidays Monday to Friday, 37.5 hoursDescription Receptionist & Office Administrator Welcoming and directing visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Managing incoming calls and correspondence. Coordinating meeting rooms and managing office facilities. Sales order input, raise purchase orders, ordering uniforms. Maintaining office supplies and inventory. Assisting with the coordination of events and meetings. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Contributing to the development of office procedures and systems.Profile A successful Receptionist & Office Administrator should have: Previously working in a Receptionist and/ or Administrative role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. A proactive approach and ability to work independently.
