Job Description

Receptionist Pertemps Stoke are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our client’s team in the ST6 area. This role will also involve some administrative duties, making it perfect for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks and can handle multiple responsibilities. As the first point of contact for all visitors, you will play a key role in creating a positive impression of the company. Key Responsibilities of this receptionist role: Greet and assist visitors in a welcoming and professional manner Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments Manage and maintain spreadsheets, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and scheduling Assist with other tasks as required by the teamEssential Requirements for this receptionist role: Experience with Sage (advantageous but not essential) Strong proficiency in using spreadsheets (Excel or similar) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must hold a valid driving license and have access to transport Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional, well-organised, and detail-orientedDetails of this receptionist role: Monday to Friday: 8am – 4pm Hourly rate: £11.44ph – This will be reviewed following a successful probationary period Location: ST6, Stoke-on-Trent Permanent positionPlease note that Pertemps will only contact applicants who have the relevant experience for the position.
