What's on Offer:
Location: Stirling City Centre - a central, vibrant place to work!
Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (35 hours per week)
Competitive Salary: £25,000 per annum
Training: Comprehensive training provided to set you up for success!
As a key member of our team, you will be based in the heart of Stirling, playing a crucial role in delivering a positive patient experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming patients with a friendly and empathetic approach
Booking appointments and managing the clinic's diary
Collaborating with the reception team leader to maintain high service standards
We are looking for individuals with:
A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills
A warm, friendly, and empathetic attitude, especially when assisting patients with their hearing devices
Strong communication skills to support and assist customers effectively
