Job Description

Location: Dagenham RM10 7FQ - IN Office role - NOT remote Hours: Full-time: Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm Friday 9am to 4pm. Start: Contract: Immediate start (Monday 27th January), temporary Rate: £20.60 per hour Working for our Union Client in Dagenham as first point of contact, you will be an ambassador for the union creating a highly favourable first impression and on-going positive experience for members, visitors and telephone callers. Your professionalism, proactive approach and excellent communication skills coupled with first class customer service and administration skills will ensure that you leave a positive and lasting first impression for all members, customers and visitors alike. You will also need good database and organisational skills for accurately passing on information to the relevant department and setting up and facilitating Meeting rooms, e.g. ordering stationary, buffets, refreshments, photocopying facilities etc. On the administration side you will play a vital role in providing flexible administrative support to the regional and district union offices, ensuring excellent service to union members. Key responsibilities include: Offering administrative assistance to the Senior Regional Administrator and membership teams Managing internal and external communications with professionalism and efficiency Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems Assisting with the creation of reports and membership data If you enjoy a challenge, are not afraid of taking personal accountability, have excellent customer service and MS office skills then please apply below.
