Quantity Surveyors - Prime Residential
Premises Recruitment are working with a number of established main contractors operating in the London Prime and Super Prime Residential market.
The live vacancies we have for Quantity Surveyors are listed below:
1) Senior Quantity Surveyor - Belgravia
£70k-£90k + full benefits package
Long Established, well known main contractor operating within the Prime Residential market.
Undertaking projects from £5m-£15m within London.
Extremely strong team, who are all really decent characters who have forged a great working environment in conjunction with the companies commitment to personal development, training and wellbeing.
* Seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to manage 1-2 projects, reporting to the Regional Commercial Lead.
2) Experienced Project QS or Senior QS - Mayfair or Soho
£65k to £100k 'all in'
£150m+ turnover main contractor with several opportunities further to a number of new project wins.
* £40m Uber Prime Residential fit out, Mayfair
* £20m Super Prime refurbishment, Mayfair
* £20m Commercial cut and carve, Soho
4) Assistant to Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Hyde Park
£45k-£65k PAYE or Ltd Company
Established Prime Residential specialist who have already secured the majority of their turnover for 2025.
* Seeking a QS for their London office, with regular site visits
* You will be working on projects spanning both structural works and high end fit out.
* Project typically £5m-20m
