The Opportunity
Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in housing maintenance, eager to transition into the dynamic world of new-build high-rise residential developments? In this role with a leading construction company, your expertise will be pivotal in the Aftercare division. Your input will be key in ensuring that high-rise residential projects not only meet but exceed client expectations during the post-construction phase.
Responsibilities
In this unique role, you will:
Oversee the financial aspects of aftercare services for new-build high-rise residential projects.
Collaborate closely with project teams to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
Ensure that all aftercare activities are completed within budget and to the highest standards.
Liaise with clients to address any financial concerns during the aftercare period.
Implement cost-saving measures without compromising on quality.
