Quantity Surveyor
Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a leading building refurbishment company, to recruit for a Quantity Surveyor based in the Solihull area of the West Midlands.
Successful candidate will join a long-established business and support the ongoing growth of the company.
To flourish in this role our client is looking for someone who is professional, proactive & an experienced operator that ideally has knowledge of internal refurbishment works valuing from £5k up to £10m. Will need to have basic QS knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing works from sub-contractor viewpoint.
