A dynamic main contractor specialising in the design, build, and refurbishment of luxury residential and commercial properties in Prime Central London is seeking an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor (AQS) or Quantity Surveyor. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high end projects in a collaborative and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the management of procurement and overseeing refurbishment projects and fit-out works.
* Working across two live projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost control.
* Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have:
* Around 3-5 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role within the prime residential or high-end construction sector.
* A proactive and organised approach to managing multiple project responsibilities.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a small team environment.
